Ordering
If you have any queries before placing your order please do not hesitate to contact us for advice. Please note colours displayed on this website cannot be guaranteed as exact, your web browser may view them slightly differently. As each item is individually made, there may be a slight variation in the colour and or design. If a colour match is essential please contact us and a colour swatch can be posted.

Delivery
Delivery is calculated by weight and size and charged at cost on all postage orders. Goods are normally sent first class by Royal Mail or next day by Parcelforce. Prices are £0.90, £3.20 or £7.56 ex VAT.
Overseas customers need to contact us directly (by phone or email) for a shipping quote.
Every item is made to order, especially for you.
Delivery time is estimated at 2-10 days from order. Please let us know if your order is urgent, we will do our best to help.

Payment
All financial transactions are carried out on Paypal’s secure servers, you do not need to open a Paypal account to pay this way. Or, if you are in the UK and would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us for details.

Privacy
Bertie Girl does not store your financial details, all personal data recorded such as contact details are for delivery purposes and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Refunds and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us in writing (either by email or first class mail with your name, address and contact phone number) within 7 working days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. Goods will only be accepted if they are unused and in the same condition they were supplied to you and must be returned at your expense. No liability for damage or loss in transit is accepted.
A full refund or exchange will be given within 30 days.
